        overall, pleased with the service today.. although I never actually got a quote up-front, so I'm not sure if the end price $629 is reasonable? but, I was able to unclog my downstairs bathroom sink, repair a pipe under my kitchen sink, fix the flush mechanism on my upstairs toilet.. the only thing we couldn't fix is my shower hot/cold nozzle recalibration.. the sucker was frozen stiff and he was afraid it might break off causing a much bigger repair job... thanked him for trying, and also for realizing the problem was not my water heater... will have to save that for another day/attempt... but I noticed the nozzle was replaced 'wobbly' after he'd already left.. so I called roto-rooter back, and they sent him back out right away.. he was able to tighten it right up!
