I bought a sausage stuffer from this company. When the sausage stuffer arrived it did not work and there was hydraulic oil leaking from multiple points. I contacted the seller and he asked me to pinpoint the leak which I did and he said to send it back to him to fix the stuffer/send a replacement. I sent it back to him and after a week or so I emailed him to see if he had received the defective stuffer and when the new one would be sent out. He said that he would not send the new stuffer out until I paid for the shipping back. He was trying to hold me hostage now that he had the product. I told him to either send the stuffer back or refund my money plus the shipping I had paid. He failed to test the stuffer before it was sent out and sent a defective product and should be responsible for getting me a working replacement. Horrible customer service and business ethics. Would never deal with this company again. Save yourself some money and find a different company to work with!
