Honest, reliable, quick and professional service. Garbage disposal needed fixing - Mike purchased the disposal on his own with no cash advance, to save a second trip to the property. He came on time, installed it quickly and the fee was beyond reasonable, for a weekend service. I am grateful to Mike for providing very professional service at very affordable price. I can highly recommend him, and will call upon him in the future for any plumbing needs that come up - and they do. Glad I found an honest professional to count on.

Horrible, horrible service. Twice I've attempted to use Carson (because they were a vendor on my home warranty service) and twice I have been disgusted and totally frustrated. The first time, the rude Russian man insisted he was coming to my house at a day and hour that wasn't at all convenient for me and refused to reschedule. I ended up calling another plumber, but that didn't stop Carson from trying to bill me through my warranty company. The second time, the idiot (sorry, there's no other word) technician refused to find my address and instead parked at an intersection two miles from my home and insisted I needed to drive down and guide him in, despite texted and verbal directions. (Two turns, three roads, two miles. How dumb does someone have to be to not be able to handle that?) I cancelled the call on the spot -- and this, after waiting ALL DAY for him to arrive. One hour service? That's would be a joke if it weren't an outright lie. Don't call these clowns, whatever you do. Absolutely the worst plumbing service I have (actually not) received. I even called my warranty service and requested they strike Carson from their vendor list.
