I have been a patient at Adult and Child for 7 years and for the first 6 years I received excellent care.. The doctor and my therapist saved my life. I got to see my therapist whenever I needed her.. My Doctor decided to leave Adult and Child because they cut the amount of time that he could spend with patients and he didn't just want to be a pill pusher. My therapist left for the same reason. Although I'm so sad that they left, I understand why they did. The new doctor spends about 10 minutes with a patient. If you try to talk to him about how you feels or your concerns he doesn't have the time to listen. Additionally he has read patient profiles and history to properly treat them. He lowered a medicine that I had been taking for 6 years, discontinued one medicine, then offered me three more scripts to replace the anxiety medicine that I was taking. Twice he offered a medicine that I'm allergic to. They don't have a therapist for me either.
