C & D Dry Tech Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Charles was very thorough on cleaning our sofa and did a great job.

I usually have my carpets cleaned every 4-6 months by a steam cleaning company out of wytheville. However, the only employee that I wanted to do the job was not available when I needed it done. I remembered getting a flyer in the mail about 3-4 yrs. ago from C & D Dry Tech so I decided to give them a call on a Friday. I told Charles how many rooms I needed done and I also wanted my couch cleaned. He quoted me an estimate over the phone without looking at anything. At the time I thought it was a very good deal and I proceeded to tell him how bad of shape the carpet was in. To give you an idea, I have a 2 yr. old, a 6 yr. old, a 5 month old puppy, & beige color carpet that had not been cleaned in almost a year. Charles didn't believe how bad it was until he got here on Monday. (Really fast service!) He probably said to himself: "What did I get myself into?" Anyway, he started digging into the job right away as my son & I left to run some errands (very trustworthy). He stayed here for at least 6 to 6 & 1/2 hours working and scrubbing to make sure he got my carpets and couch as clean as he possibly could and he still charged me the same price he quoted me over the phone. Unbelievable! Now I don't think it was just a good deal, I know it was a GREAT deal! I really appreciated his honesty and friendly manner. I felt like I had known him for years. He even called me the next day to see how the carpets and couch turned out after they dried. Something my other cleaning service has never done. The carpets looked great and so did the couch! I would definetly recommend C & Dry tech for fast, friendly, honest, & reasonably priced service!

We were very pleased with job. Can't believe how great the carpet and sofas look! Price was as estimated and people were friendly and worked very hard.
