I wouldn't even give a star if I had the option. These two people are absolutely unprofessional. This lady and her husband run a business by themselves. ( Rebecca and Steve) They do not return phone calls, they do not show up when they are scheduled to come out. When you call you get a stupid excuse; such as "Oh I'm sorry I had to take my son to the dentist..........." Really!?!?!? You're running a business lady!!!! I would suggest going with CAROLINA MAILBOXES they are MUCH more professional and come out on or even before their scheduled date. Also they're so terrible about how they run their business that they were actually bought out of their contract in our neighborhood. Think twice before calling these people.... If you enjoy terrible customer service, being hung up on; (yes both Rebecca and Steve hung up on me) and having to pay over 400 dollars for two mailboxes be my guest..... Also here are their numbers so you can make sure you don't make the same mistake I have in regards to doing business with these people. They have both talked down to me, and as soon as I said I would take business elsewhere they say something very snide and hang up.. I would expect this treatment if I was to scream, or use profanity in which I did not... I was calm when speaking with both of them and this is the experience I received........
