A Mother's Touch Cleaning Service

I have been a customer for almost a year & have had nothing but good service & attention from the women who came to clean. I have recommended their services to friends & neighbors. Unfortunately, some people have extremely dirty homes & expect that when they purchase a two hour Groupon the home will magically become brand new, in TWO hours!

We puchased the cleanig sessions from groupon last month. The people work at this company never picks up the phone, or don't call back on time.The ladies who came to my house didn't clean my toiletts, or clean any area well.I had to clean all the places they clean before my husband comes back from work. It was totally a waste !!!! Please stay away from this company..The management nevr calls you for a feedback..

Wow, I had forgotten how beautiful my house really is!! My husband gave me a gift certificate for a full house cleaning while I was laid up after foot surgery. I admit I was a little skeptical at first having someone else clean my house. But, the girls came in and introduced themselves to me, explained what they were going to do and went over some of the products they use. They were very friendly and professional. They cleaned all the places I never even think about like the baseboards and ceiling fans. Great job A Mother's Touch. Can't wait to see you again in a few weeks!

I purchased a deal as well and also paid for an additional hour of service and when I walked in, I couldn't even tell that they had came. I had left a list of rooms that I wanted cleaned, in order and they didn't even vacuum one of the areas that I had listed on the top of my list. I even talked with Todd numerous times on what I wanted cleaned first and this was not done. Very unhappy with this service and would not recommend them to anyone. I don't even want to call and complain because I don't want to deal with the hassle of letting them come back in to fix things. I would rather just do it myself at this point. Very disappointed.

Horrible cleaning service! The owner (Todd) sold my wife on using them stating they are a cleaning service not a maid service. They do much more than a maid service. my wife gave specific instructions as to why we needed a deep cleaning. 2 kids and pink eye. We were told base boards, and ceiling fans, dusting, and everything would be wiped down. Upon completion...WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!! We found cob webs in multiple places, base boards ignored, hand prints on bathroom doors...etc!! After my wife spoke with Todd, he said it sounded like a dusting problem. I spoke with Todd and he sent back one worker who was there 1 hour. I moved the TV and what did I find...yep dust. A mothers touch is not worth your time or money. Call Madiera's Cleaning Service. We did and were very impressed!!

Horrible customer service. I purchased an Amazon Local deal for this company and after one month and three unanswered emails to Todd (the owner) I was informed I lived more than 30 miles away and they would not be able to complete the service. I don't know what map he was looking at but I do not live more than 30 miles away. Todd also said he had 'lost some emails' which was why it took a month to respond. How do you lose three separate emails that were sent over the course of a month? It seems they sold way too many vouchers on the Amazon deal and were not prepared for an influx in business. That tells me they were either too dumb to limit the number of vouchers sold or they were too greedy to apply a limit and failed to properly handle all the new customers. Luckily Amazon has good customer service and provided a speedy refund. Don't waste your time on 'A Mother's Touch'.

They came in to do an estimate and everything sounded fantastic. I was so excited, I had planned on them coming every other week. When I got home and opened the door, I definately could tell they had been there...because there were puddles of water all over my floors (hardwood & tile)!! They did not clean from top to bottom as advertised. When I called to report my unhappiness, I was told that the cleaners had left several hours before I got home. Just imagine how much water was left sitting to begin with! They wanted to come check it out the next day but my husband called and told them to forget it and he was told the cleaners were there longer than what I was told. In other words, was lied to. I would not refer them to anyone.

This is my first cleaning company that I've ever used so I was not to sure what to expect. When I opened my front door, I could tell right away that the cleaners we're there. Everything in my house was cleaned from top to bottom, I was so impressed with the job that they did. Not just the top of things, but under my couch, the ceiling fans, basebords, you name it, they did it. I will recommend A Mother's Touch to anyone who wants their house cleaned the way I would do it.
