7.18.16Physical therapist, Roger Henderson, behaved unprofessionally by talking disparagingly to me about another staff member after I shared with him that I had been getting pain relief & increased mobility from the other physical therapist's techniques. Rather than listen to my concerns about treatment to alleviate my pain so that I would feel better and adjusting therapies, he rudely told me I was acting over the top. When I stopped my therapy session to leave, he slammed the door behind me. All of this in front of another patient. Roger seems to be the only PT working at the Indian Harbour Beach location though I believe he works out of the other offices some days of the week. Avoid, avoid, avoid Roger. I'm only giving a 1-star overall rating because YP won't let me submit the review without it.
7.25.16 While my review of the physical therapist remains the same, the facility owner called me personally to discuss the situation which was appreciated.

The issue was resolved and with all due respect to the facility and their employees, I retract the earlier review that I posted.
