Excel Overhead Doors

Not allowed to give less than 1 star. Gave a 4 figure deposit over 2 months ago. John said the door was ordered, that was 8 weeks ago. Haven't heard from him for over a month. He has ignored phone messages and emails. We want our deposit back.

The first appointment was prompt and the estimate for replacing my torsion spring on my garage door was fair. The next few appointments were missed because the owner had problems with his vehicle and it needed repairs. Cell phone service is hit and miss in my area so communications were delayed a bit. The work finally was completed and the company did an excellent job. I am satisfied with the work and the price, albeit I was a little frustrated at first with the missed appointments but the company made sure I was taken care of, e.g. four star rating.
