Don't hire these people

So I originally posted this review on their Facebook page but after she responded by saying she was going to sue me because of this review I decided to post it here as well.

This was the worse experience. I would never recommend them to anyone. I think the reviews on here that actually had any positive things to say were either related to her or made up. I can't believe anyone would actually think these people are professional and that their work was actually good. So disappointing. Among a slew of things that went wrong with this company, We are now in the process of working with another pool company to have all the tile replaced. The tile was so crooked, I can't even believe these people are still in business. There were problems with the electrical system they installed and the color that we picked out for the bottom of the pool wasn't the one that was placed in the pool. I talked with other customers of Crites Custom Pools and they are all having issues with their pools. I wish we would've done a little more research before we agreed to having Crites custom pools on our property.
