Locomote Express

I had a freight delivery from California to Hurricane, WV and unfortunately the California company contracted with Hurricane, Locomote Express. The delivery employee required me to 'sign off,' on a great delivery before , (as he stated,) he could take the pallet off the truck. I signed, putting an initialed note that I had not inspected. Delivery guy wanted to drop the pallet in the middle of our entry to our driveway and said, I do not get paid to do that or even to open the plastic wrap." I was cautioned, by the seller of the product to, "expect thoroughly before signing for product," to confirm the item was in perfect shape. Delivery person declined and literally refused to confirm with me that I was satisfied and product was okay. Delivery person called the office and was apparently told to leave, and as I was telling him "We still need to comfirm that there is no damage," the delivery personage a hurried beeline to the truck and drove away and hence, I'm sure, the reason they get a signature first. Will alway ask what freight co. Is used. Never ever will use or recommend Locomote Express! PS...had $20.00 tip in my pocket but he was so rude and rushed to his truck, to get away, so fast, it was unreal. Paula Lynch. Hurricane, WV

This company has two exactly driver, R Chapman & B Mullins. They are the drivers for UPS SCS.They do an exception job getting peoples freight from the locations of pick-up and delivery points
