Based out of St. Albans, WV, the company's strong growth has made it a forerunner in the local fencing industry. To keep up with the recent demands, Brad Ballard, son of the company's founder Gordon Ballard, has rejoined his father's team to effectively keep their fence company thriving in and around the beautiful state of West Virginia. While recent growth has brought about change in the company, many things have remained constant. For example, Ballard Fence Co. has been located in the St. Albans/Hurricane area for the last 54 years.
