I've been to this place many times and always satisfied. They've done excellent jobs and great customer services.

Would do 0 stars if I could. Absolute terrible service. Got there as soon as they opened just to get my eyebrows waxed. The entire staff besides one man didn't even show up until 10 minutes later. At this point another woman who also needed her eyebrows waxed had just shown up, and she was taken into the waxing rooms almost immediately. I then pointed out that I had been there for about 10 minutes longer than this woman, to which I was blown off. 2 other people that also came in after me were helped before me as well, so I left without being helped. Never, ever going back.

Got individual lashes by the owner of the shop and she rushed. the glue she used was very thick and messy! I probably would've done a better job myself. this was my first and last time getting individual lashes!

I used to love this play BUT their service has significantly gotten worse and worse since they opened. Today I paid for the most expensive pedicure but she didn't even put wax and gave me the basic pedicure. Then I asked for pink and white on my nails and after the third time of them asking me if I was sure and shoving the color palette in my face he basically picked a color for me and said no to pink and white (this is the second time this has happened so I'm just going to go ahead and assume that he has NO IDEA how to do pink and white) needless to say I paid $74 freaking dollars for NOTHING because my nails are uneven and not worth what I paid. I will be going to Perfect Nails next time.

Worst place ever slow and rude went for pedicure and full set three different people worked on my nails and all I have on is acrylic I refused to pay I only paid for my pedicure and left never again will I come I rather go to number 1 nails or do it myself

Had permanment eyebrow makeup . cost $200 , this was not worth it Kim rushed thru it and looked like a 2 year old colored them on. too expensive and rush too much. one eye looked different from the other and they don't give a receipt. I asked for brown and got black. horrible place to go.

Please don't go here for a pedicure. Trust me. I don't usually write reviews but I have to save others from going to this place. Lady was rude, massage was weak, nails weren't fully painted she missed the sides, AND pricey! Never returning again.

Went about 2 weeks ago. experience wasn't bad. but the quality of how my nails were done was completely different. Shellac mani and pedi; the head manicure guy who sits near the front on the left rushed my feet and did a poor job. the mani was a lot better but peeled just after 4 days. I felt hurried in and out and the quality of the work definitely showed it. Poor excuse of a place. served wine with no visible TABC certificate.

They don't even deserve one star but I had to be able to inform people of their unprofessional service. If you want to get ripped off and overcharged, go here! That's their specialty.

I went there twice before and both times were horrible. Decided for one more shot and all I can say is horrible. The guy ripped all my real nails saying I needed fake tips. I was in for a refill and was charged 35. 5 to take off the old ones that shouldn't have been? And since when does that cost money. The guy even clipped his own nail while doing mine. You can see where my old acrylic was underneath these new ones. Worst nails Ive ever had.

I've been to almost every salon in Huntsville and this is the only place I've returned to! I've never had a problem, they have ALWAYS been welcoming and accommodating. I completely recommend this salon!

they are horribly overbooked the lady that was working on my nails drilled right into the sides of my finger and made me bleed. I got my toes done and after I got done they put another person right into the chair without cleaning it. I have never had rashes on my feet but after I got my pedicure I got one guarantee from them not washing out the tubs after each person. they try to pressure you into buying other services my eyebrows were already waxed and they kept saying how I needed them done. oh and I paid 57.00 for toes and nails two days ago and both my pinky nails have fallen off already

It took over an hour for the guy to finish a simple manicure. He was very distracted with answering phones, checking people out, scheduling appointments and conversating with other customers. My nails are all different lengths and you can see my real nail underneath. He was also sick with a cold of some sort.

I have been to several nail salons in Huntsville and was not impressed with them. I went to Taylor Nail Spa and fell in love! Great atmosphere, nice people, clean and decorated beautifully!!! Annie did my nails and she is such a sweetheart! I will be going there from now on. Thanks Annie!

Wow this place was amazing! I heard this place was the hot spot in Huntsville! I finally found a place to call home for my nails! I came in at 6:30 pm and was able to get my nails filled and pedicure at the same time, I didn't feel rushed, this place was clean, clean clean!! The girls were super nice and accommodating... And my nails look great!!!!

I have been a loyal customer in their shop since they opened. I'm in every two weeks to get a pedicure and nails at $65 a pop. That's over $100 a month. I've never had an issue until tonight. I purchased a gift certificate for my sister at Christmas for $45. My sister and I went together tonight for pedicures and they would not accept her gift certificate because they said it had been more than 6 months since I purchased it. So they have basically stolen $45 out of my pocket! Horrible, shady business! They will never get another penny of my money ever! I will never go there ever again!

Don't ever use these people, They are a rip off. I bought a gift certificate for my sister for Christmas and when she went to use it the manager would not honor it. I paid 49.00 for a mani-pedi and they took my money and we got nothing for it. I would never go there again or recommend it to anyone else.

First I'll start with the good things about this place. I like their color options, everything looks really fancy, they offer complimentary drinks, and they're not really expensive. But the bad things outweigh the good things. I had to wait a while before being seen, the girl that filed my nails and everything cut me and then touched my skin with those electric spinning things which burnt, she was really distracted by a lot of things and had to leave multiple times to go work on other people. Theyre not organized at all. Then the guy that started working on my nails did a terrible job. He seemed very annoyed when I'd ask him to do something, he was also very distracted and had to work on other people a lot, you could see my real nail line very easily on all of my nails and it looked really tacky, there were huge clumps underneath the nail and dents on top of the nail, and they were REALLLY uneven. some nails were longer than others, and the tips were really uneven and sloppy looking. NEVER going back, Im sticking to tango nails.

I went for a threding and the lady cutted me. Not friendly at all and they said it will be $15 but it ended up being $22 not going back ever.
