Maid's Quarters Cleaning Service

shane_hendly- I have gone back on our books to check any service provided to you. And we do not show absolutely any record of MQ ever servicing your account. I have been the manager at this office for 15 years. I speak perfect english and would have 100% addressed a very critical accusation. I am afraid that you must have the wrong maid service sir. If you would be so kind to contact me at our office number, although this accusation was done on 2008 I would gladly address this issue today if you are certain that it was this service.

I can agree to the fact that you called and claimed that a few things were left not up to par.

Our office offered to immediately send a return

crew to correct the areas of concern. And you could never arrange this with your college student daughter. I have a record of our attempt to return, it was more than 6 times.

At MQ we pride our selves in customer service and we were absolutely ad emit of not processing your payment until we corrected your concerns. Making successful contact with you was nearly next to impossible.
