Furniture Time

I purchased a sofa and loveseat from these people in Febuary two thousand and thirteen when the delivery drivers got here they could not get the couch through the door so they left the loveseat and they told me to call the owner manager Roderick Warren in the mourning which i did he stated that i should have measured the door before ordering the furniture he has photos on the wall of the furniture he sells he keeps no inventory therefor i could not get measurments as he has no description of furniture on his inventory he stated that he would bring me another loveseat instead of the couch, agreed and the next day he stated that he would have to charge me an additional forty dollars for delivery as his truck cannot redeliver as i am 10 miles from his store on highway one ninty Huntsville texas,then the next day he states that he cant deliver again when promised as he had a large order would not recommend that anyone has any dealings with furniture time or Roderick Wilson..

I live in Dalla tx did not know anyything about huntsville ts so me and my mom looked up furniturestores in huntsvile and called furnituretime wholesales the representative was patient and went thru the website with me and price all of the items i was inquiring about i made my order over the phone it was on a wednsday i let them know that school was starting and i had to have all of my furniture delivered on tuesday when i got to huntsville tuesday morning the delivery guys call me to let me know they were at my apartment everything was put together for for free,and the pricdes were well welcomed this store really helped my out i just wanted to sat thank you furnituretime

This place is really one of a kind this guy was really smart ,and Nice he sales new and Used Furniture my mom paid for all of my merchandise over the phone with her card everything went so smooth then i went next door to the resale side and they had all types of things like on TV All of my merchandise was just as expected .

Stay away!!! That's all I can tell you...guy (the owner) has horrible, nasty, unprofessional attitude. I always believe in honesty and this guy not only dishonest but a liar! He told me everything would be delivered together but I only got half of the item on the delivery day. I had to visit his store 4 times and it took exactly two weeks to get all of my furnitures which was already paid for. When I went to inquire about my item not being delivered; he told me "you come here like it's your own store, I told you you'll get it soon and I'll call you" (it was in a nasty tone). To be honest, I was afraid and nervous about going back to his store again. After waiting for my delivery and phone call from him (he never called), I had notified the cops about the situation and they told me that if he doesn't provide your item or he threatens you just come and finish the complaint. I had went to his store and had to pick up my items on my own but the delivery was part of my purchase. To tell you the truth, the furnitures aren't even that good for the price I've paid for and from this transaction all I've got is rude attitude, bunch of lying and waste of time. Now, as a consumer that's too much and I shouldn't have got treated like that but I've learned my lesson so please DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS to him...

I was Totally Blown away from the prices that Furnituretime Store has, this store has the same furniture that Ashley ,Adams,Williams,Rooms To Go ,Mattress Firm,Gallery Funrniture has i Bought my furniture from them and recieved it the next day i also paid less than half for my Furniture Than i would have paid From any other furniture stores This store is Totally Awesome i saved so much money Thank God that we now have a furniture store that really helps people they also deliver for FREE.

bought my furniture from Furniture Time Wholesales ,and it was just as it say they get you your furniture on time and for less price i save 379.00 on my bed room set alone not including the other tihngs i purchased this store is the best,and they delivered my furniture for free and installed it as well all free of charges now that's what i call customer satisfaction.
