Dago Taxi & Delivery

Twice now my brother has had to wait over two hours for someone to pick him up and then they still except full price. Then when confronted all they can say is someone will be there soon in a pissed off voice.

After I called 2 hours ahead of time time request a taxi, they called to say they would be about 10 min late. After about 30 min later they called to say they would not be picking me up and I was left to find a different way An ended up being late for a very important meeting. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Professional, courteous and prompt. Have used them twice on my visit so far, and will continue to use them for the remainder of my stay.

I called them this morning at 8am I was told I'd be picked up at 9:45-9:30 its 10:40 no one has come. This happens almost every time I call .... And to top it off they raised the price. After I was told if I lived 10 miles out it was 15$ the lady clocked it... It was less than 10 miles. The service is horrible!!!!

I called for a cab at 10:00, when 11:00 rolled around I call back because no one had arrived and they told me it would only be a 30min wait. She proceeds to ask me my address again and tell me she'll be there as soon as she drops the customer she has off. It is now 12 and still there has been no one to show. This cab company is the worst, they tell you it'll take 15-30min but then it really takes a hour or more. I usually let it slide because I'm not in rush, but today I had an appointment and because of this cab company I missed that appointment. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE!

they were recommended by Zach's bar and Grill however I cannot say enough bad things about them. We called for them twice and waited over an hour and no one ever showed up even though when we called back they said they were on their way.

HORRIBLE TAXI SERVICE. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. NOT SAFE AT ALL. THEY ADMIT TO USING DRUGS. AND NEVER PICK YOU UP.

Dago eats pain pills his manager eats somas and they drive your loved ones around putting their lives at risk. Please dont risk your family members life.

Scary ride would not recommend. My driver was driving like a crazy person. I was scared for my life.

I loved this taxi company. I used them 3x in one day and they were very friendly. Will definitely be using them again !

They are a great new taxi service in Huntsville!! The drivers are always nice and don't get mad when I ask a question!!

I wish I had known about this cab service sooner. I didn't think a cab that wasn't so horrible I'd rather walk instead existed until my friend saw the van drive by and got the number. From my experiences with the other service.. (Ugh words cannot convey how badly I want that company washed out) I have definitely found my new service. They are so prompt AND friendly. No hanging up in your face or throwing attitudes when you ask questions. I literally called for one to pick me up from a store and they were outside (dropping off another customer) but the timing was awesome. I will be spreading the word about this company like ASAP. The other company can take notes.

So much better than the other taxi company in town. This company is the best. They are so friendly and they are never later than 15 mins. This is now my favorite taxi company and they will be the only cab company that I will be using for now on.

I have used their food delivery service twice. Both times the food arrived hot and in a timely fashion, and the driver was friendly and polite. Working nights means I likely will be using them again and again for this service.
