        NIGHTMARE!!

        I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

        I PURCHASED MULTIPLE NEW AIR CONDITIONING UNITS FROM THIS COMPANY AT ONCE IN A SINGLE DEAL, FOR MY HOME. 2 OF THE UNITS FLOODED MY ATTIC AND CAUSED MY CEILINGS TO RAIN WATER INSIDE MY HOME AND ONTO MY FURNITURE. THE A/C UNITS NEVER HAVE COOLED MY HOME DURING THE SUMMER AND, THE HEAT PUMPS DO NOT PERFORM DURING THE WINTER........................ BECKHAM AND JONES NEVER WERE ABLE TO SET THE UNITS UP TO WORK PROPERLY SO, THE 10 YEAR PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY NEVER DID ME ANY GOOD WHILE RECEIVING $1,100.00 AND ABOVE ELECTRIC BILLS!!!

        I CONTACTED CARRIER CORPORATION SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY ARE UNRESPONSIVE.
