BE AFRAID!... that your belongings won't return to you. I dropped off a comforter. When I went to pick it up they couldn't find it. I was told they were going to check the warehouse and get back to me. No one ever called. After numerous tracking calls they finally fessed up that they lost it. When I asked how they were going to rectify it, the "manager" offered me free cleaning. When I told her I didn't want to take the risk of leaving more of my things in her possecion since they so easily lost a KING sized comforter, she said she would take to the owner and see what they could do. Day's turned into weeks, and weeks into months- after many calls I was finally told to replace the comforter and bring the receipt for reimbursment. I found one and purchased it. I called her with the amount and was told that she could offer me free drying cleaning in the amount of the purchased comforter. (???) Confused, I reminded her it was not what we had worked out. She, again, she she needed to talk to her owner. Kept calling for ANOTHER week, and she was told there was nothing she could do and too much time had passed since they lost the comforter and they I TOOK TOO LONG TO FIND ONE!!!!!!????? I told her that 3 weeks had passed where she told me that her owner was on vacation and she couldn't get a hold of him. I asked her how that translates to me procrstinating- considering I'M the one who had to keep calling. Not ONCE did that woman ever return a call. This company cost me $200 and a LOT of time!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
