        My advice is to never go to this establishment since the new owner took over I have a I side source that will admit the truth that they will steal your money if u "order" anything & she will pocket the money and never order the product with just 2 customers she took there $4000 and will not give them what they paid for and the product she sells u is used & claims its new with a 5 yr warranty this is not the case the equipment has no warranty & is damaged she rigs it to work but will not for long not to mention she sells it for twice the retail value above and beyond that her employees have warrants and she has been arrested 8 times since Feb which is aatyer of public record which one of the arrests is for operating a business without a license if u want to be done right and want a proffeaional experience, best prices & quality of work in north Alabama email c&mkustoms@gmail.com or call 256-497-7746 or 256-374-1672 the shop has great references including gov't officials that will back up the quality of work & outstanding customer service @ C & M Kustoms

        I bought my sister a new care stereo today. This is to replace the brand new she bought in December here at Sound N Wheels. If you ever need a car radio, DO NOT go to Sound N Wheels--after getting installed, we got home and the rear window defroster didn't work. They claimed to have nothing to do with that. After leaving, Renee discovered the CD player is defective. It gets to the middle of every CD and starts skipping. We took it back and they claimed it works fine for them and it must be the CD's and said one problem was that she was listening to books on CD instead of music CD and they didn't recommend that. DUH--like that makes a difference. After "looking" at it to tell us this, we get home and the blinkers and hazard lights no longer work and had to take it back again. They at least fixed whatever they messed up on that. Filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau and saw someone else had a similar experience. They have not answered the complaint.
