I have been waiting since April 2018 for them to start the agreed estimate.... 6 months. Unacceptable by any standard. I have called and personally spoken to either Robby’s wife or him personally on no less than 8 times since April. Always promising to start...” next week” or “next few days”. Never showing up or calling to request a delay. I guess they don’t need my $4k. “Caveat Emptor”. Nice guy too, just a shame that he never came to my home after the initial estimate.

Robby and his crew did a very nice job on our fence--we get compliments EVERY time someone comes out to the property. We agreed on a date to have a 4-rail horse fence with hogwire backing installed which was pushed back due to our personal schedule, but he was very patient with the sliding start date. Thank you!

I thought it was just me! Robby came out to do an estimate and advised me he will do the job in two weeks. I called and Robby and his office played phone tag with me, sometimes putting me on hold and hanging up the phone. I then called Robby on his personal cell number he gave me and he answered. I advised him who I was and why i have not heard form him. I also asked him when are you coming to do the job. He stated, that "he just plain forgot" I said really. He then promised to come and do the job the next morning at 8 am, he even went as far to say he was loading up his truck with the materials needed to do the job at my home. What a Liar!!, I took off my job for 8 hours waiting on this Man, how do this guy stay in Business with all his lies to his customers. ""Remember mistreating one Customer, will lead that customer to tell Thousands of others customers how Bad your service is."" and your recommendations are all Bad from me. I would have giving his company NO STARS, but in order to post a comment about his service, I had to select a Star Rating....E. Jackson

Bestline Fence has some of the worst service I've ever experienced from any contractor! I was provided an estimate for a fence repair on June 6 and agreed to the price quoted. I was told the work crew would come out in 7-10 days. I never heard from them and called again on June 28 and left a message . I never received a call back. I called again on July 30 and have still not gotten a return call. There are too many other reputable fence contractors out there to tolerate this behavior. I'm trying to give them business....they obviously don't want it.

We hired Bestline to install a gothic-post, shadowbox style fence with a large double wide gate in the driveway. These guys knocked it out in a couple of days (approximately 180 linear feet).



They were the most reasonably priced fencing company in Huntsville, and they were by far the easiest to work with.



Just yesterday, they made a minor "repair" free of charge. One of the driveway gates blew shut during a storm, and this damaged the hinges (the gates are extremely heavy). Additionally, I requested a second drop rod so the gate couldn't blow shut again, and they took the steel frame to their shop and welded one for us.



These guys stand by their work. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy, which is unheard of these days. I give them a 5 star rating for their exceptional customer service.



Now, as a buyer's caveat, know this: Bestline uses a lower grade lumber, which means the boards are very course and rugged. In doing this, they are the most affordable company in HSV. If you want a higher quality wood, I'm sure they'll accommodate, but I imagine they'll quote you a higher price. In our experience, I'd recommend a higher grade wood, because this low-grade stuff will flake off and expose the raw wood under the stain. Luckily, I sanded the fence before staining. If you don't do that prior to staining, you'll be sorry you didn't.



In summary, we highly recommend these guys for their work ethics.

BestLine Fence just installed a beautiful fence around my home. Robby was very patient with me during the design of my fence. I had no idea how much value and beauty could be added to my home. BestLine was the BEST CHOICE we could have made! Thank you!!!
