        Overall

        I would give them 0 stars if I could. They sold me a worthless warranty on a sectional. I specifically asked if it was good for pet damages and they swore it was. Then when my cat damaged it the warranty people told that's not covered. Justin Mccombs (the manager at the Huntsville AL location) said he would help me but didn't ever call me back. When I called back a week later he laughed at me and said he wasn't going to do anything and that I was a child.
