Bivio Restaurant

We had a wonderful meal at BiVio. Contrary to the first reviewer, we had fabulous service. The waiter could not have been more helpful, offering suggestions for our meal. Omar, one of the owners, came over to our table several times to check on our meal and to ensure that we were pleased. We can't wait to go back.

Excellent food; poor service and management. Was there with friends on a Saturday evening and since the restaurant just opened, we anticipated professional, extra courtesy service by both the waitstaff and ownership. We were shocked that nobody came over from management to introduce themselves, ask how the food was and, more importantly, when we left, not even a good bye and please come again!!. We are also still waiting for our waiter to ask if everything was prepared correctly or if we needed anything. In addition, a member of my party asked for one of their specials to prepared in a different manner and we were advised that the kitchen could not accommodate us-- surprising for a new restauarant who you would think would want to go out of there way for customers and to assure repeat business-- Probably would go back for food; however, no rush!!!
