U.S. Inspect Home Inspections

The WORST company I've ever dealt with. Avoid these guys and hire the blind because they'll do a better job than US Inspect. They did such a poor job inspecting my home, they lied about doing a detailed inspection and because of their gross incompetence or intentionally lazy inspectors, it cost me $35,000 in repairs. Had they actually looked at things like the roof, the walls, molding and floor, I would have never bought this house.



When I showed them all the obvious defects their inspector never looked at, they said "oh well, I guess we'll see you in court" and hung up on me. Obscene company, incompetent, rude and arrogant owners. Beware dealing with these people. Go to a reputable company who stands behind their work.
