In one word H O R R I B L E. I paid my water bill 1-day late with the late fee included. I received a letter in the mail a couple days later stating that I owed an additional $10.00 for being late on my bill. I called to inform Trails of the Lakes and was told that the $10.00 charge was a

'P A P E R" charge for just sending out the notice notifying me that my bill "WAS" late.
