        Mike provided prompt (came out the same day I called), friendly and professional service. He described the reason our overhead door opener was not working properly and provided problem-solving suggestions if the opener malfunctions again. Great service. Very helpful. Thank you.

        Overall

        Our garage door was stuck in the mid-close position so I couldn't get my car out of the garage. I called Mike and his son and they came out right away. They were thorough, pleasant and diagnosed the problem.
