Veria Pizza

My friend & I ordered a Grilled chicken dinner and a Chicken, Broccoli, Alfredo pasta. The delivery took 50 minutes when I could have picked it up in 10.... on a Thursday night! The grilled chicken dinner arrived and was the wrong order, when we called they said they would redeliver or issue a refund. After 1 1/2 hours we still had no redelivery and called back. They told us the person we spoke to didn't promise a redelivery and we were lying, we were told there was a price difference and they're not giving away free food. We offered to pay the difference (a whopping $3) and pick it up ourselves, and offered to bring back the wrong meal which was uneaten. They told us the person we spoke to when home for the day and they would reach out to her and call us back. We got a call back 5 minutes later from the person who we initially talked to..... (THEY LIED! SHE DIDNT LEAVE FOR THE DAY). We told them we would drive down with the food for a refund, when we arrived a lady argued with us; We don't issue refunds, we're going to remake your dinner. I told them they were arguing with us over a $9 meal, she offered to throw the food in my face, good business owner! Even though her employee initially offered a refund and when asked the employee agreed that she did offer that option, the owner still wouldn't give a refund! We had to repeat ourselves over and over that we simply wanted a refund, the owner kept telling me to leave and kept calling me an a**hole. Finally her husband (I think, god help his soul) did offer us our $9 back. We will never buy anything at Veria Pizza again over their inability to correct a $9 meal and incompetence of the owner, and I will tell everyone I can about this experience. Veria Pizza, I hope you go out of business.

I'm not a big Pizza fan, however, I can't get enough of their Eggplant Pizza. It's out of this world good.
