Don't ever go there!Don't ever go there! The people seem nice until you have a problem! I have been going here for years off and on! The customer service is so/so, the prices are on the high end... but it is close to home!



I recently went there for a Mani/Pedi with my daughter. The bill was close to 100$ and my daughter is young, so there was no spa Pedi for her, just a polish change! I went out on a limb and tried the new shellac nail polish (French manicure) I was told I was good to go for approx. 2 weeks maybe even 3 weeks! I work in health care and the woman knows this...She never told me to stay away from hand sanitizers! It’s now just into day 5 of my French manicure and the tips of my finger nail polish are brown...not yellow but brown! I made a call there, to ask what they can do for me since this has never been an issue before. The woman on the phone became very defensive and told me “she would take the polish off but that is it! I was the one that was to blame!” I asked if I could have solid color shellac because this had never happened in the past! She said rudely and very quickly…”NO she will not do that!”……….. "WOW"



In today’s economic crisis the need of a truly valued re-peat customer is strong!



I will never go there again and I sure will be telling my friends and family NOT to as well!!!!!



One whom is in the business of producing a service should do just that! They should provide a quality service!
