Bad experience, messed up order, unprofessional waitress, won't be returning. Try Breakfast Club at 19 & Regency for better food, prices, and service.

They were out of rye bread so I opted out of toast. They served me home fries when I asked for hashbrowns, the waitress blamed the cook saying she wrote down hasbrowns.. very unprofessional! How do yall mess up 2 out of 3 things on a plate?

She also tried to take my grandmas plate with a half of plate of fries still on it, we felt very rushed. When we were finally done and she took our plates, we sat there for about another half an hour finishing our coffee and talking, without ever being offered coffee again. THEN, she came up to us and asked us to pay because it was the end of her shift and she needed her tickets cashed out. That was beyond unprofessional.

We went to eat there every week, yesterday will be the last visit for us.

The server Gary is great, ask for him if you do decide to dine here despite the bad review from the health department, I attached the link below.

I had one of their breakfast specials and everything exceeded my expectations. The pancakes were huge and their homemade hash browns with onions are "to die for". There is an old fashioned family feel to the place from portions size, to the Formica tables with cute centerpieces, and the friendly service. It was a surprising find and worth going a little out of my way for.
