North Fork Custom Meat and Processing

While visiting family on September 15 and 16 of 22, I purchased 4 sticks of Beef Summer sausage. I had been in HL many times as a child and youth in the 60s and 70s. One of my favorite things was Grandpa Ittels summer sausage. When I took a bite of that sausage in your store that Friday, so many memories came flooding back. The sausage was exactly as I remembered it. It is the best. There is no substitute in my mind for it. The smokieness, the citrus tang, the beefy and slightly peppery finish make such an excellent product. Thank you for keeping this product alive. I shall return for more.

All beef sausage has been a favorite of my family for 20+ years. We haven’t had any since Covid. Now we have a stock pile in the freezer. We will be back for more when this is gone.
