top tech works on ur computer till it's fix to ur satisfiction. this is the only place i would take my computers to b fixed or get virus taken out. i love top tech and the workers there are very nice and take the time to talk to you. i give it a 5 star on everything about top tech. if u want a great place to get ur computer fixed go to top tech-there is one in northwest houston and @ veterants memorial. and they were also in houston newspaper as one of the best places to go to get ur computers fixed. thanks top tech! carmen
