Called them to repair an access gate on my farm and first call was answered by a guy that seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in another service call and reluctantly said he may be able to swing by the next day to assess the problem. Since there was no follow up call, my second call was answered by another guy that seemed uninterested and he informed me nobody in the gate division was available and the best way to get a response was through email. I emailed and two days later still didn't have a response so I called again to get an uninterested guy. They are obviously too busy to treat potential customers well. My advice...stay away from this company.

My garage was install by your company when my house was first build. I contacted you all because of my garage not opening. Tech came out and said we needed to replace all 4 panels. So I called Home Advisor, who sent another company out to make sure and as I suspected I didn't need a new garage. The guy from Stewart, didnt even try to see what was wrong, he just looked at the garage door and said replacement. He told me that my door would fall apart if he just adjusted it when I ask.. The new Tech adjust my cable, top bracketand spring, now my garage is back working again. I Really hate when companies try to take advantage of their customers. I own my business and I treat my customers fair and I expect the same in return. I called Stewart back to inform them and they had nothing to say.

I have used Stewart Door for several service calls over the years for my 13 year old overhead garage door service. Work has included making adjustments so the door will stay closed, and replacing the springs. In my opinion, they always appeared to be reliable and honest.

BEWARE! BEWARE! I could go on about honesty, warranty and the like...but the best I can warn you is BEWARE! You r choice.
