Avoid even making contact with this company. I heard about them through work people when my A/C went out. I called and left repeated voice messages to their business line (a cell that is not managed by any secretary, etc. if the workers are unavailable). Demetrio called me back after multiple calls and a couple of days, when I had already moved on to another potential company for a quote for a new A/C. Demetrio scheduled me for the next day "after lunch." I called around 4 and he acted like we made plans for Friday an not today (Wednesday), which was just not the case. I know this because A) I have ears and speak English and B) because I am not available most of Friday. I had been waiting at home now for a few hours. What kind of service is that when not only they doesn't call you back but make you think it's your mistake?! Imagine if I actually went with their company and had some sort of problem with the product a few months later after the check had cashed. No thanks. Next in line!
