With all the rain from hurricane Harvey our television simply stopped working. Add a new baby to the mix, you can imagine I wasn’t thrilled when I could watch my shows outside for several days that I had as vacation.

After scouting all over the internet, I found a company that could come out ASAP to take a look. After 2 mins of looking at my television and checking if there was power coming from the plug they diagnosed that the tv needed to be replaced and that a new one would cost me $2000 for the same size.

I decided to get another quote, so contacted Multimedia Tech. I explained the complete situation and after explaining we had a two month old in the house and that the tv outside was an emergency I was immediately prioritiezed to expedite an appointment within 24 hours. A staff member called me within mins telling me he had been assigned my service request and that he would be out here first thing in the morning next day.

After Jason looked at the television for 2 mins, he spent 10 more making some adjustments and had my television back up and working without issue almost right away - for only the price of the service call. It’s now November and I’ve yet to have any other problem with the television. It was very clear that the other company was just trying to rip me off. Oddly enough, I learned later that another friend had the same experience with the same company I contacted (TV Installation in Houston).

Jason delivers his service with a personal touch and a fanatical customer-first mindset. I not even for a second would try anyone else out there after dealing with Jason and wish more businesses operated like Multimedia Tech!

This guy is a complete CROOK!!! He gave me a quote, took my payment and never showed up. I called, text and emailed him SEVERAL times with no response. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card, was refunded the money by Chase then got a letter a month later with him stating that he did the work prier to taking the payment. He did nothing but give me a quote and take my money. I have now had to send all the emails and proof of another company coming to my house and doing the job. PLEASE BE WARE THIS GUY (FRANCISO HERNANDEZ) IS A LIAR AND A CROOK!!!

Once again Multimedia Tech solved the problem. Amazing, fast, professional and knowledgeable people taking care of all the details.



I almost can't wait until my home theater breaks so I can call Multimedia Tech!! Just kidding...

Francisco and his team did an excellent job by listening and understanding our specific requirements and then recommending a bespoke solution which would fit our needs. All the work was carried out professionally and any problems dealt with promptly. We would definitely use Multimedia Tech and Francisco in the future due to the high level of trust and integrity that he operates with and recommend him highly.

I am sending them to my parents house to install their TVs next week! I love people that try to do the right thing, love to work and specially know what they are doing. Very refine job done - that's why I write this comment about this company. We normally are pretty when it comes to finding good contractors for our home projects and so far this company is on top of list to the point that my parent's house is next.

I must say that these GUYS ARE SIMPLY THE BEST OF THE BEST!!! On May 3rd., I purchased a 65 inch Flat Screen TV and decided to wall mount the TV myself as I did with with another TV within my apartment. For some unexplainable reason, the wall where I tried to mount the new TV was giving me many different difficulties; In which resulted breaking the tv mounting bracket in half and the TV falling. (Luckily I was right there, the right place at the right time to rescue my tv from falling to the ground.) I meditated about the entire situation and then decided to have my TV professionally installed and after reading the Positive Reviews of Multimedia Tech, it was the first and only company I needed to call. I called them to get an appointment ASAP! next day the av engineer was at my apartment, with every tool needed to complete the job. These guys completed the job in less than 20 minutes as well as repairing the wall that was cause from the TV previously falling.(I still cant believe it!) Besides me being super amazed by how quickly they came to my apartment as well as the time it took to complete the job. The professionalism and complete passion that was displayed from both guys, made me feel as if I been knowing them for years. Side Note: There's no reason for you to shop around looking for a unicorn, when these guys are the real McCoy! You will be impressed with the quality of work and there more than affordable prices which are beyond reasonable compare to the entire value they offer for the service. If it was up to me, I will give this company 10 stars because 5 stars just don't seem to be enough. Thank you for a fantastic job.
