If one star was an option, that would be my rating. It is 10pm the night before my uncle’s funeral, and Myron has yet to render a proof of the program to our family. He had all of the information in time according to his time constraints even though the passing of our loved one was sudden and unexpected. He has been avoiding phone calls from our family, as well as from the funeral home. We drove to his location only to be informed by a neighboring suite tenant that his machinery hasn’t been brought to the suite nor is the print shop up and running at his advertised location. The neighboring tenant called Myron immediately before I finished explaining the situation, and Myron picked up immediately and told her that he would call our family. That was over 4 hours ago and Myron has not called.
