This is our number one choice to stay when in Houston....it's like coming home. The concierge, Mo, always greets us with a hearty "hello", Alex always welcomes us back. When I need to call, Madison always answers the phone in such a friendly and helpful manner. Noreen and Charlotte go above and beyond in assuring our room is perfect. Judy and Jaimie always treat us like family in the restaurant. We are always so happy here that we chose this as the venue for our daughters recent wedding. Carol did an outstanding job in assuring all was perfect. The chef and his staff did an amazing job in preparing meals for 160 to perfection.
