These guys are inept at brokering mortgages. They had me go through the whole process of applying for the loan including getting an appraisal (which I paid for) without even realizing that I didn't qualify. It was something about not being able to subordinate my second loan. They should have known about this before I spent all the money to get the house appraised. Who knows if they made money out of that. They are a complete scam. What do you expect from a business located on Harwin...
