Earth Stone

Earthstone does not stand behind its service. We visited their location to select our stone. We took off work to be there and spent well over an hour looking for the perfect marble slabs. We selected them and scheduled time for our fabricator to pay and pick up the materials. A couple of days later, we went to our fabricator to view. They were given the wrong slabs.



Come to find out, our slabs were not marked properly and were sold to someone else. When we returned to try to find more pieces, the open box had inferior pieces. When we asked to come back to view another box, we were informed that the owner--off on vacation somewhere--said no. They chose not to correct their error, and their error caused major delays in our remodel.



I will not do business with Earthstone (in Houston) again and recommend others to avoid using them as well.
