        There was a time when I thought handling a homeowners insurance claim was going to be easy… well now I know from experience that absolutely is not the case. After a kitchen house fire that had smoke spreading all over the house we had to fill out tons of paperwork, talk to so many adjusters, agents, contractors - I lost count. It was like every step of the way was a new nightmare. So I eventually started searching for insurance claim help online and found a fire insurance claim guide by ClaimsMate. I ended up contacting ClaimsMate Public Adjusters with some more questions and the lady I talked to was so kind and helpful with everything. I just wish I would have known about public adjusters from the start. We didn’t end up hiring a public adjuster because our claim was almost complete, but ClaimsMate still helped us out a ton - what a great company! I most certainly recommend ClaimsMate Public Adjusters if you need any help on dealing with an insurance claim. And if I ever have to deal with a claim like this again I will be calling ClaimsMate first.

        ClaimsMate Public Adjusters was absolutely awesome with providing help for adjusting our homeowners claim. The wealth of knowledge the public adjusters had was truly amazing. I didn't know about public adjusters before this but I'm glad I do now. We eventually got our insurance claim sorted out and ClaimsMate was a huge help. Thank you again.

        VERY happy with the exceptional service we received with ClaimsMate Public Adjusters for our home in Houston TX. We knew our insurance claim was going to be tricky so we hired a public adjuster almost immediately after reporting the incident to our insurer. The fellow that they assigned to our case was professional and thorough. He took over all negotiations with our insurance company, ultimately securing a settlement that was three times higher what we were initially told to expect.
