Manuel (local owner) and Jose and his crew did an excellent job - went above and beyond, to take care of the additional, minor issues we noted (at no additional cost), as well as a few spring-cleaning jobs: removed a bird nest, cleaned out a pile of pine needles under the HVAC, and got rid of an old mud dauber nest under one of the awnings. I was very satisfied with their work and with Jose’s personal assurances that he will come back to take care of anything I may have missed in the inspection. Manuel's quick response to my initial inquiry, a fair price, his attention to detail, and fantastic, on-site, online and telephone contact made this an exceptional experience.
