Very nice and professional people who will work with you to make sure that you are absolutely happy and satisfied. They understand the need of the customer, and they understand what it means for you to advertise your business in the most professional way possible at a very affordable price. I will definitely recommend them for any professional business owners who wants to get their name out there!

On Thursday, April 16th at approximately 9:10 am I arrived at the physical location located at 12750 Beaumont Hwy to place an order for a logo graphic design, screen printing, and embroidery. Karina ( owner and operators wife) was the initial only person I spoke with about designing a logo graphic design. She assessed and stated that this would be completed on the morning of Monday, April 20th. Katrina stated that the artwork would be completed on Monday morning for review as a sample proof. I called on Monday morning at 10 am to make an appointed time to see the completed logo design. Iwas told by Katrina Castro that it was not ready. Before ending the conversation, on Monday April 20th at 10:04 AM Karina assured me she would have a sample completed before the end of the businessday.

I called back at 5:52 PM on the ever same Monday, the phone was answered by Katrina, and I did identifying myself as Dillard Alsobrooks who called early today, and visited on last Thursday, I asked if the proofing of the logo design? It was stated by Katrina that she's been so busy that she was not able to complete the design. Katrina Castro also stated that she would send the proof via text around 9:30pm Monday night.

It is not 10:29 pm Monday, April 20th an I have received an image proof.

This is just inexcusable and not professional business practices. I am seeking to do business with a respectable graphic designer who wants my clients business.

I will be pursuing future investigation to conclude this behavior and misconduct of business practices. I have been violated and racially discriminated.
