AC Service - Free Estimate Houston TX

The receptionist hung up on my twice, before yelling at me. The customer service was terrible, I do not k ow how they get business.

Called to make an appt which was not logged and would have been missed if I hadn't called back to change my original time.

TECH that arrived had limited English and wanted to charge me 75.00 for a free service call.

TECH gave me 3 scenario's of what my problem could be. (Freon, Coil or entire unit) which i already knew it was one of.

TECH also stated he would return the next day to let me know exactly what was wrong which he did not do. (no-show!!)

Called to speak to a manager/supervisor but was hung up on by the call center receptionist.

TREMENDOUS waste of my time and I hope i can save others from this experience.

The repair guys were very professional and knowledgeable. I will refer my families and friends. Thank you.

I trust this company to do the job right and to warranty their work.
