713 Mortgage took care of me like I was a family member, I was turned down by my current lender b/c of my high credit card debt. The loan officer that helped me in the process of my New Home Purchase, Dana Taylor, give me a few suggestions on how to lower my credit card debts & improve my credit score so I could qualify. Where my lender at the time didn't even give me the option at all. I am a Realtor and I had a great experience as far as customer service, easy to work with and my loan closed in 18 days. I now send all my purchase business to them first. I would strongly recommend the use of this Mortgage Company first..

713 Mortgage gave me the best home loan experience to date. I've refinanced and bought a home in the past but these guys were really solid. The biggest thing that sold me on this mortgage company was I always knew what to expect and got everything I was promised.



They gave me a 4.75% fixed rate and closed my loan in 2 weeks! My loan officer even let me pick the rate and closing costs I wanted so i could make sure I wasn't paying too much.
