Ken's Plumbing & Heating Inc

Ken's plumbing and Heating is a great plumbing company that I trust entirely to do any job. This is more of a major plumbing company who specialized in new construction or larger home renovation projects. They may not be able to address a small issue, but for the bigger job, they are on time, very efficient, and quick. I have had no issues with schedule or getting what I needed done including adding extra hot water heater and gas lines. They also were more than willing to work with payment options. For any new construction or major projects, I highly recommend ken's plumbing.

Horrible! Don't call this plumber if you have an urgent problem--like water heater not working! We called Sunday and left a message on answering machine--no problem since it was a weekend. Called again Monday morning, got answering machine again and left another message. Waited until around noon and called again and got answering machine again. Left another message stating that already left 2 messages, please call back. It's now Tuesday after 5pm and stil no call back. Fortunately we called a different plumber on Monday afternoon and they've already come out and fixed the problem--R&C Plumbing was great!
