Is there a way to do minus stars. Dont let the one star fool you. Would give the service and equipment (RUUD) a minus 5. Poor training on how to properly install a coil led to overflow of the pan. Which caused water to run down my wall.....then Mold. Mold all in the unit in attic.....then more mold in registers. Then outside unit had a "vibration leak" after 1 year in service, charged $400. 2years later, another "vibration Leak" This time, you wont be getting my money to put another bandaid on it. solution......BLAME THE HOMEOWNER. God forbid that he owns up to it and fixes it the first time, hope the money you charged was worth your integrity and character.
