Jensen's Tire & Service

I had a great experience at Jensen's. The staff were very pleasant and I got a quick oil change. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Me, my daughter & 2 grandkids had just arrived in Hot Springs for a mini vacation when my car decided to break down on us. We took it to Jenson's Tire at around 4:30 & they told me it would be the next morning before they could fix it. So Scott Jenson insisted on taking us back to our rental house where we were staying at since we knew no one in town & would have been been stranded without a ride. Over & beyond the call of duty! You don't know how much we appreciate what he did for us! Very nice man indeed. Very honest & decent people. I highly recommend this place. Thank you again Scott Jenson! :)

I have done plenty of business with Jensen Tire and Service and let me tell you... from the time I walk in I get a friendly hello from the pretty ladies at the front desk and the guys in the shop are super fast and accurate on the all mechanical issues. I have been using Jensen's for several years, both big and small jobs on my vehicles and never have been disappointed in the price or time spent on my repairs. If you are in need of a good, fast and honest shop? Stop looking! You just found it! If I could give these guys 10 stars I would but 5 stars is the max. Keep up the good work! I would not trust any thing the owner has to say . He inmy opinon from when I meet him he is in it to get the money and not for his coustmers . The star rating above does not go low enough it is not worthy of and stars .

This business has been nothing but the best! The employees are friendly, prices are great, and the results have kept me coming back for all of my family's auto needs. My car has some issues :-) and they have always been happy to work around it. They've been honest about what I need and what I do not need, unlike several other places I've been to. If you are looking for honesty, integrity, great staff and prices, please try them. You won't be sorry you did!



I'm not sure about that one negative review but I hope no one pays attention to it. That does not sound like this business at all. They always try their best to make sure all of your concerns are addressed.

The service is excellent. I have had oil changed there, bought tires there, had repairs done there and they have been honest and all work was done satisfactorily.



I've done business with them for several years.
