Happy Tails

We moved to this area two years ago and visited SEVERAL groomers here in Hot Springs. It made us sick......the facilities were filthy and smelled awful. We had our long haired Shih Tzu groomed at some and some we just walked out! We never returned to one after the first use, we were sick at heart, then we were told about Happy Tails, really! What a sweet name. We were in love at first sight, clean doesn't describe it, immaculate is more the word. Hoyt is the best groomer in the world in our opinion. We are always happy with how he grooms our little girl, Harley. She is always gorgeous and beautifully white when we pick her up and most importantly she loves Hoyt.

Just another small business like myself. I wrote a bad review, but, have thought about it, and do not wish them anything but the best. Was having a bad day. My dogs first grooming session, and expected different I guess. They did a lot of work, for a fair price. When bringing your dog for the first time, just be specific about what you want them to do. That would be my best recommendation. I didnt, they dont read minds. No fault. They worked hard for me, I appreciate that.

This facility provides the quality of care for our pets that we give our animals at home. They are friendly and professional. We have a home in Florida and spend a few months in each home, we always wait to have our pets groomed at Happy Tails by Buck, when we come back to Hot Springs.
