Advanced Pest Control

Paid 850.00 for bed bug treatments last November with a guarantee they would come back and continue treatments until the issue was resolved.
When I started they claimed it would not take more than 3 additional treatments. 7 treatments later I still have bed bugs and they refuse to continue trying. Absolute garbage company.

EDIT: After speaking with them a bit they determined they would come back and try again. The owner himself came and did a tremendous, thorough job. Very grateful for this change of heart. Thank you.

If I was to judge Advanced on a scale of 1-5, I would give them a 6! From the beginning when I initially called the office, the receptionist Jaynie was so helpful and quick to respond to my rodent problem right away. The same day the service technicians, Jon & David, came out. Jon was so courteous and professional in explaining the problem and the best solution to take care of it. Not only are they working to remedyi the rodent problem I initially called about, but they also found evidence of termites. When my current termite contract expires, I will switch to Advanced for the future. They were even kind enough to notice and point out the broken wires that were the source of the problem which made it easy to tell the electrician so it could be fixed quicker. I often get good service from companies, but Advanced didn't just provide good service, they knocked my socks off! So much so that I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
