Very poor customer service skills with low skills to boot. My wife has too many choices in Hot Springs that care about the customer.

Horrible got my daughters nails done for homecoming darted falling off next day went back for refund n she refused we had even over tipped because they were so fast and nice. She told me no refund she would redo and we had no time to let her redo she had no appointment time so we could get done then because homecoming u have to be back ready certain time. She said no refund . She wouldn't even give me a gift certificate. She threatened to call cops if i didnt leave went somewhere else n paid again. Will never go there again. Horrible place I go to elegant nails and have never had a problem
