I live on one of the maple grove properties and have been happy here since I've lived here. I whole heartedly agree with the decision to get a new offsite manager. But it appears that the groundskeeper runs the property more than the manager. The manager since the beginning of her time is very hard to contact and seldom found in the offices. Also, the dismissal of the previous manager has not stopped her vindictive ways. She still will make many appearances to the property to attend parties with her friend that has a home adjacent to this property and they try to turn tenants against employees that still reside on the premisses here. I think this needs to be handled and neither should be allowed on the property. This causes stress for those who live here to be approached by these two individuals trying to keep the problems going.

She was dismissed from her duties for a reason. Again, why is she and her friend allowed to keep coming back to continue this craziness? Obviously terminating her employment hasn't changed the person she is , but why keep coming back to try to turn people against each other? This is the only downfall of living here.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. RUN! RUN! If you see anything from the management company for lease do yourself a favor and run the other way!! I live at Lakeside Townhomes and it is the worst management company I have ever rented from. I am looking for another place to live as we speak. The onsite management here is only here twice a week if that. They never get anything done in a timely manner. When it snows they never plow - infact they let all the slush freeze over and now it feels like you are off - roading when you leave your driveway. They are never consistent with anything...they have a policy of if you leave your garbage can out for a day they will take it and you have to pay $25 to get it back which is fine, but they only did it once and never followed through again with it. They allow people to park overnight in fire lanes which I'm sure the city wouldn't be too happy about. In the spring the kids of the complex were shutting off the main power breaker that is exposed on the side of the building and gives power to the building. Called the office AND Northstar and they did nothing about it until two months later. At first they tried to tell me that Xcel energy wouldn't allow them to put anything on the box but then I called Xcel to find out for myself when things weren't being done about it and Xcel bascially said that was a lie - its up to the property to decide to put something on the breaker. My advice - RUN RUN RUN! That is what I will be doing as soon as I find something to move into.

I was happy here with my family. Now parking in an issue with auction bought cars the manager claims is the groundkeepers to ship to africa. She tows others but not them.When family come to visit. No place to park. Poor management due to favortism towards certain races. Manager is married but parades around holding hands with an african man that leaves auction cars here to store. Lost respect for manager and corporation for not seeing problems run by this manager.0 rating. Also grounds are messy. Woman grounds lady never seen. She and her husband both work full time jobs elsewhere and return after dark. But yet get paid? How does that work? Winter is coming and the man is gone all day until 4pm. Therefore snow cleaning and icing will not get done until evening. Grounds keepers families moving in. Favortism? I think so. Also the manager is godmother to grounds persons nephew. Now that person has a unit! to live. Such non sense!

Unfair management double standards. Trashy manager. Managers husband curses at children. Manager has to much drama and advertises personal issues. fueds with her husband in front of tennants. Claims he is dangerous. Parking issues due to cars bought from auctions to be sold or shipped to other countries. Manager acts trashy around men. Plays tennants against each other. Shares other tennants privacy as in police calls and financial also relationship issue. That should be kept confidential. Nice homes very poor management. No professionalism.

The list of things wrong are numerous, examples are: loud noise bad customer service, vandalism, frequent police visits, non payment of security deposit, limited parking, poor property management, and the list goes on. If you want to experience ghetto life style than be my guest.
