Frana and Sons is a 26-year-old Twin Cities based general contractor that handles a great deal of multi-resident projects. They include apartments, senior citizen assisted living and other various construction projects from retail to single-family homes. The company has also been building hotels as one of its bigger projects. In January 2000, Frana and Sons made a major investment in the wood frame housing industry by opening up the first union building trades pre-fabricated wall plant in the Midwest. Midwest Wall Systems is located in Rosemount, Minn. It has supplied all the pre-fabricated walls systems for Frana since that time.
